Direct Booking & Fees 2025

Please note - when confirming your booking, please include the number of guests and pets in the renter request section of the form.

Please note if you plan to bring your pet - when requesting to book through our website, we do not currently have the option to include your pet in the booking. When you send your request, please include the number of guests and if you will be bringing your pet in the renter request section of the form. Our Pet Fee will be added to your reservation on our end after our initial booking.

RATES

Summer Season (Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day)

4 night minimum

$500/night + tax

Locals Summer (after Labor Day - October 31)

3 night minimum

$350/night + tax

Winter (Nov - February)

3 night minimum

$275/night + tax

Spring (March- May (before Memorial Day Weekend)

3 night minimum

$350/night +tax

*These are base rates and subject to change. We use dynamic pricing, which means prices may vary slightly.

Additional Fees:

Cleaning Fee - $200 (required, non-refundable)

Pet Fee - $150 (required as applicable, non-refundable) - this fee covers the upcharge for cleaning and general wear and tear.

Rental Damage Insurance - We do not require a security deposit because we include rental damage insurance with every rental. This covers your stay at Always Sunny for any damage that may occur.
